At HARIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee brewing and kitchenware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused glassware or equipment in its original box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
