Filter paper plays an essential role in the brewing of a cup of coffee. This trapezoidal paper is compatible with the HARIO Pegasus Dripper, and is available in natural or oxygen bleached (and therefore chemical-free) colours.
The paper allows you to extract all the goodness and aroma from your freshly ground coffee beans. These filter papers are also biodegradable, meaning that they are good for the environment.
Compatibility with other drippers:
- Pegasus filter paper 02 Size is also compatible with other standard '#1' size trapezoid drippers.
- Pegasus filter paper 03 Size is also compatible with other standard '#4' size trapezoid drippers.
NB: Before brewing your coffee, make sure to rinse with boiling water to get rid of any unwanted flavours contained in the paper.
